Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Monges Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Monges Landscaping provides professional landscaping, lawn care, fall cleanup, and winter services including snow removal, ice management, and property winterization. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions, scope of work, and any additional services requested. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency weather-related services may have different cancellation terms.

Liability

While we take every precaution to provide quality services, Monges Landscaping is not liable for damages that may occur due to pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

Property Access

By scheduling services, you grant Monges Landscaping permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work. Please ensure any gates are unlocked and pets are secured during scheduled service times.
