A thin or tired lawn usually has more than one cause. The soil may be packed down from foot traffic, the grass may need feeding, or there may simply be bare spots where nothing is growing. Each of those calls for a different fix.
Core aeration pulls small plugs of soil out of the lawn so air and water can get down to the roots. Overseeding spreads new grass seed to fill in thin areas. Fertilizer application feeds the grass you already have. Some lawns need all three, and some only need one, so we don't sell them as a fixed package.
